Returns HASH

Takes a STRING and parses it to a HASH or ARRAY. Numbers are always FLOAT.

🚀 > JSON.parse('{"test": 123}')
=> {"test": 123.0}
🚀 > JSON.parse('["test", 123]')
=> ["test", 123.0]
